Special event parking and special event permits are only for visitors to the University, which does not include free metered parking. Faculty, Staff, and Students must park only in lots they are authorized to park in and should not register using this link.

Parking is included with the registration fee.

Friday Parking

Part 1 (8am – 12pm) will be held at 1 Spring Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

Conference attendees may park in the 1 Spring parking deck free of charge. In order to gain access to the deck, you will need to register for parking by Wednesday, September 20th at 5:00 PM.

Event Parking Map – Part 1: Friday, September 29, 2023

Part 2 (12:30pm – 5:00pm) will be held on College Avenue Campus at the New Brunswick Theological Seminary, 35 Seminary Pl, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

Conference attendees may park in Lots 26, 30 & College Avenue Deck free of charge. In order to not be ticketed, you will need to register your vehicle at the following link: https://rudots.nupark.com/v2/portal/eventregister/a5d6427d-7aa6-4cc2-8181-07d93599158e#/events/registration/

Until this process is completed your vehicle is not registered and you may receive a citation.
